Eligibility of Tendered

i.      The minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years.

ii.     The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 2 (two) contracts of similar nature, complexity completed  and methods / construction technology successfully completed within the  last 5 years, each with a value of at  least   165 (one  hundred sixty five) Lac  Taka.

iii.   Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than. 300(three Hundred) Lac Taka over the last 5 (five) years.

iv.    Minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 75 (Seventy five) lacs.

v.     Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
