4.	Last date, time and place of selling quotation documents	:	Up to 27 March 2017, During Office Hour in the Office of the Undersigned.
5.	Last date, time and place of receiving quotation documents	:	Up to 28 March 2017, at 1.00PM in the Office of the Undersigned.
6.	Date, time and place of opening quotations	:	28 March 2017, at 2.00PM in the Office of the Undersigned.

Quotation shall be valid for a period of 30 days from the date of receiving of quotation. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the quotations without showing any reason whatsoever. Interested Quotationers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned.
