Eligibility of Tenderer

                           I.      The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years.

                         II.      The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work of at least two (2) contracts of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 118 (One hundred eighteen) Lacs

                       III.      Required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 240 (Two hundred forty) lacs over the last five years.

                       IV.      Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 60 (Sixty) lacs.

                         V.      Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
