Rate
Quoting & method of Contractor selection. The amount quoted by the Contractor must
not excced 10% above or below than that official estimate. Otherwise the tender
will sunnarily be rejected. In case of similar
quoted amount the selection of the Contractor will be made as per amendment rules
of PPR-2008 & PPA-2006. |

Tender shall be valid for Period of 120 days after
tender bid opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderers may
obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in cash /treasury chalan/bank
draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorised
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. |
