The tenderer shall quote item wise rates but amount quoted more than above or below 5% of the estimated cost will summarily be rejected. Contractor will be selected through lottery in case of similarity is total amounts.

The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
