ii.     Experience of at least two (2) no. of renovation and improvement of buildings with similar nature and complexity of this works packages.

iii.     Annual average construction turnover shall be greater than Tk-301 lacs over the last five years.

iv.    Minimum amount of free fund or credit facility of Tk. 76 lacs

v.     Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
