representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If The Quoted Tender
Price Varies (Above/Less) More Than 5% (Five Percent) From The Official
Estimated Cost The Tender Shall Be Rejected. The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders
without assigning any reasons whatsoever. This invitation
for tender is available on the LGED website www.lged.gov.bd
