Tender
shall be valid for a period of 90 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above in favour
of Mayor, Gopalganj Pourashava.
Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/bank draft from the
places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are
allowed to attend the opening of tenders. Total
quoted amount by the contractor must not be more less
or more above than 5% of the official estimated cost otherwise tender shall be
rejected. If more than one responsive tenderers quote
the same amount then the lowest evaluated tenderer shall be selected by as per
rule. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
