8.   Tender shall be valid is Period of 120 days after   tender opening and must be accompanied by the tenders Security    specified above.  The authority reseves the right to    accept or   reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons    whatsoever.   Interested   tender may obtain further information from the   undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/ treasury chalan/ Bank   draft   from  the  place   mentioned above. The tenderer or their   authorised representatives are allowed to   attend the opening of   tenders.
