7. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after
bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security mentioned above in
the from of Bank Draft/Pay Order/ Bank Guaranty from any schedule Bank of
Bangladesh in favour of Executive Engineer, LGED, Jhalakati. Tenders submitted
with quoted price of more than 5% ( Five Percent)
above or less than the estimated cost will summarily be rejected. The
authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without
assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer
may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in Cash/Treasury Chalan/Bank
Draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer
or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of
tenders.
