22 Eligibility of tenderer The required average annual construction turnover shal be greater than Tk.41.00 lac. The minimum period of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works shall be- 5 (five) years. Liquid asset Tk.41.00 lac, The minimum Tender capacity shall be more than the total tender price.
