authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If the quoted tender price varies (Above/Less)
more than 5% (Five Percent) from the estimated cost, the tender shall be
rejectd. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or
all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. This invitation for
