quoted rate becomes more than 5% less or above than the Engineering Estimate
then the tender shall be summarily rejected. |

Tender shall be valid
for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the
tender security as specified in the tender notice. Interested tenderer may
obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places
mentioned above (Non refundable). |
