Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If  the quoted tender price varies (Above/Less) more than 5% (Five Percent) from the estimated cost, the tender shall be rejectd. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
