6. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security Specified above. interested tenderers may obtain further information from the  undersigned and purchase the tender documents in Cash / Treasury Chalan /Bank Draft from the place mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are  allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

7.  Special Condition :

                (a)  The provisions laid down in the PPR (2nd Revision)/2009 and PW-2 for Procurement of works will be binding upon the Contractor.

                (b)  Total quoted amount by the contractor must not be more less or more above then 5% of the official estimate other wise the tender shall be               

                       rejected.

                (c)  If more then of responsive tenderers quoted the same amount then the lowest evaluated tenderers shall be selected by  the lottery.
