5.	Date, time and place of opening of tender	:	30 November '2011, 4-00 PM. and Office of the undersigned.
6.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. This invitation for tender is available at the website www.lged.gov.bd

7.	NB :
	i)	The Revised PPR-2006 published in Bangladesh Gazette on 12 November/2009 will be followed.
	ii)	Rate quoted by the tenderer if found as 5% (five percent) Less or Above than the estimated cost will be rejected without assigning any reason.
