5.	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 16.05.2011, Time: 3.00pm and Place: Office of the undersigned
6.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. *If the quoted tender price varies (Above/Less) more than 5% (Five Percent) from the official estimated cost the tender shall be rejected. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. 7.	Lottery for Contractor selection in applicable cases will be held on 18.05.2011 at 11:00AM in the Conference room of LGED Pabna.
