If the Tender Price of
a Tender exceeds more than 5% (five percent) less or above than the official
estimated cost, Tender will be rejected. Tender
shall be valid for a period of 60 days for Package No- IRIDP/KST/W-49, KUSM-26
and 120 days for package no- IRIDP/KST/W-44, IRIDP/KST/W-45, IRIDP/KST/W-46,
IRIDP/KST/W-47, IRIDP/KST/W-48, IRIDP/KST/W-50 after bid opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may
obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase
the tender documents in cash/treasury challan/bank draft from the places
mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Payment will be made depending on availability of fund. This invitation for tender is available on the
