6.	Date, time and place of opening of tender		:	Date: 07/02/2012, Time: 3-00pm and Places: Office of the undersigned.
7.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accepte or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and Purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
8.	If the quoted rate of the tender is more than 5% (five) above or less than the estimated cost, his tender shall be summarily rejected.
9.	The Tender Notice will be available at the LGED web site www.lged.gov.bd.
