7. Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified
above. Tenders submitted with quoted
price of more than 5% (five) above/less than the estimated cost will summarily
be rejected. Payment for the certified
works will be made only on the basis of availability of requisite fund from the
Project Director, IRIDP, LGED. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the office of the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/ treasury Challan/bank
draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderers or their authorized
representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
