06	If quoted rate becomes more than 5% less or above than the Engineering Estimate then the tender shall be summarily rejected.
07	Tender shall be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security as specified in the tender notice. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above (Non refundable).
08.	The Invitation for tender is available at the Website www.lged.gov.bd.
09.	Bidder shall quote the tender amount in figure and word in the tender submission form as attached with the tender document.
10.	Public Procurement Rules-2008(PPR-2008) shall be the basis of tender evaluation and contract management.
11	Bidder shall attach the copy of the enlistment (blue book) along with the tender as a proof of renewed enlistment for 2011-2012.
12	The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever
