8. Special Instruction : a) The Provision laid down in the
PPR-2008 & PPA (2nd Revision) 2009 & PW-2 for
Procurement work will be binding upon the
contractors.
b)
The total quoted amount by the tenderer must
not be less or above than 5% of the
official estimate,
otherwise the tender shall be rejected.
9.
Regarding Lottery : The decision of tenderer
will be taken by lottery, if more than one tenderer
will
quote their total
tender price at the lowest rate.
10. Tender shall be valid for a period of 60 days
after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above.
Interested tender may obtain further information from the office of the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury Chalan/bank draft from the place mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to
attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
