1. The
Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan
from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector
Project (PSSWRSP). Part of this loan will be used for payments under the
contract named above. Bidding is open to bidders
from ADB member countries.
2. The Local Government Engineering
Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Estmate
for Drainage Out-let Structure (1v - 900mm dia) at Ch. 2+200km & 7+050km in
connection Sreeramkandi Subproject ({SP-22026 ( ADB)}, Upazila : Modhukhali, District:
Faridpur.
3. Only
eligible bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in this
bidding:
·
Average annual construction turnover not less than Taka 90.00 Lakh in last
3 years.
·
Minimum 5 (five) years general construction experience.
·
Minimum specific Experience in similar contract individually
of at least one contract of Taka BDT 24.00 Lakh.
·
Liquid assets in terms of cash/line credit at least BDT.
15.00 Lakh.
·
Equipments like Concrete Mixture
machine, Concrete Vibrator & Plate Compactor must have in his possession
either owner or leased.
·
The bidder should have experienced
construction manager.

Agargaon, Dhaka/office of the Upazila Engineer, Upazila: Modhukhali, Dist: Faridpur requesting the bidding documents for Construction of
work mentioned above.

Pay a non-refundable fee in favour of Executive Engineer,
LGED, . Faridpur as mentioned above.
·
Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents on or before 05:00 pm Dated: 03-04-2012.
6. Deliver your bid:

·
on or before the deadline: 04-04-2012 at time 1:00 pm)
·
together with a Bid Security of Tk. 75,000.00

8. The
Employer reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the
bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to contract award,
without thereby incurring any liability to Bidders. In case of annulment, all
bids submitted and specifically, bid securities, shall be promptly returned to
the Bidders.
