08. Name
of works, Tender security, Time for completion & Price of Tender documents
are mentioned in the detailed Tender Notice.
09. Tender
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
whatsoever. Interested tenderers may obtain further
information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places
mentioned above. The tender or their authorized representatives are allowed to
attend the opening of tenders.
10. The
tender will be rejected if the total tender price quoted more than 5% less or
above of the official estimated cost.
11. A
General Information regarding the Tender Notice may be avaliable
in the LGED Web site (wwwlged mis.gov.bd).
12. Payment
for earth work will be paid with final bill (if any).
13. Cost
of salvage amount will be treated as fixed amount.
14. VAT
& IT will be deducted over gross bill amount.
15. Scheme
shall be implemented as per approved estimate, design, drawing and
specifications.
16.
The authority
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason whatsoever.
