INFORMATION FOR TENDERER
22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in Civil construction / Earth works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature (Construction/Re-construction of road), complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 123 (One hundred twenty three) lacs. iii. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT. 360 (three hundred sixty) lacs over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 years [2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011] to be provided. The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission. iv. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be BDT 80 (Eighty) lacs. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
