22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in Civil construction / Earth works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction work of at least 1(one) contracts of similar nature (Construction of multi-storied building), complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years each with a value of at least 4.40 (Four point Forty) Core Taka. iii. Required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk. 9.35 (Nine point Thirty-Five) Core Taka over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 years. [2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011] to be provided. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 2.30 (Two point Thirty) Core. The certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
