Eligibility
of Tenderer |
i. The minimum period of General experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific Experience as a prime
contractor or sub contractor or management contractor in construction works
of at least One (1) no. contract of similar nature(Construction of
multi-storied Building), complexity and methods/construction technology
succesfully completed with in the last five years each with a valu of at
least BDT 3.90 Crore (Three Crore & ninety lacs.) iii. The
Required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT 9.20 Crore ( Nine
Crore & Twenty lacs.) over the
last five years.Audited Balance Sheet for last 5 years[2006-2007,2007-2008,2008-2009,2009-2010,2010-2011]
to be provided. iv. Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or
credit facility net other contractual commitments of the successful tenders
shall be BDT 2.20 Crore (Two Crore
& Twenty lacs.).The certificate
showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from
date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender
document. |
