Sealed tender are hereby

said tender will be treated as Limited Tendering Method (LTM). Contractor's
those who are enlisted under Limited Tendering Method in LGED, Dhaka Region
(Dhaka, Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Narshindi, Manikganj & Gazipur District),
only they can participate in this tender. Contractor's license must be renewed
for this financial year 2011-2012.

be rejected according to PPA (2nd amendment) 2009 regulations 3. Contractor's
bill will be paid on the basis of fund receipt. |

Tender shall be
valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by
the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further
information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender
documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above.
The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the
opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Invitation for
tender is available at the website www.lged.gov.bd. |
