INFORMATION FOR BIDDER
22	Eligibility of Bidder	i. The minimum period of general experience in Civil construction/Earth works shall be 5(Five) years. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor in construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature (Construction of multi-storied building), Complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(five) years, with a value of at least BDT 3.30 Crore.
		The required average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT. 9.30 Crore over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 5 years Audited Balance sheet for Last 5 years [2006-2007, 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011] to be provided. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net other contractual commitments of the successful Bidder shall be BDT. 2.30 Crore. The Certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission. Other qualifications as mentioned in the bid document.
