a.
The tenderer should submit the tender document in sealed condition b. All terms and conditions stated in the
Public Procurement Act (PPA)-2006 and “The Public Procurement Rules-2008 shall remain valid. c. The cost of tests for materials & other as
required by the technical specification should be included in the quoted
rates No additional payment will be made for those tests. d.
Tenders submitted with more than 5% less or more than 5% above of the
estimated cost will be treated as non-responsive. e.
If there are more than 1 lowest responsive tenderer then 1 tenderer amoung
then will be selected as per Public Procurement (2nd Amendment) Act 2006 and
PPR 2008. f.
General qualification of documents:. The tenderer must have the following
documents that should have to be submitted
with
the tender documenst (i) Attested copies of VAT registration
& TIN certificates, (ii) Attested copies of trade license. g.The tenderer must submit of the above mentioned
work certificate with the tender documents from the concerned Executive
Engineer/authority. |

Tender
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves
the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any
reason whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from
the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/Treasury
challan/Bank Draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their
authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. |
