representatives allowed to attend the
opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. This tender
notice is also available of the LGED Web side www.lged.gov.bd |

more than 05% (Five percent) above or less than the official estimated cost
the tender shall be summarily rejected. |
