6.	Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days (Package No. GCP/Ch/haz/W-06, GCP/Ch/haz/W-08, PD/PRP(Infra) Chandpur/W-03 & PD/PRP(Infra) Chandpur/W-04 ) 60days (Package No. GCP/Ch/haz/W-07) days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. If the Tender Price of a Tender exceeds more than 5% (five percent) or less than 5% (five percent) from the approved Estimated cost, The tender Shall be rejected The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
