For the work of all
02 (Two) groups,the total quoted amount by the tenderer must not be
less or above than 5% of the official estimate. If more than one tenderer quote their total tender price at the lowest rate then
decision of the tenders will be taken by lottery. |

Additional
terms & Condition |
: |
(a) If any provision or proposal of sub-contract not incorporated in
the submitted tender by the tenderers then no sub contracting will be allowed
after contract agreement. (b) The
amount of salvaged materials is fixed and it will never be
changed/altered. The price of salvaged materials will be deducted from the
running/final bills as per rule. |

Tender shall be valid for a period of
120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender
security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information
from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in
cash/treasury chalan/ bank draft from the places mentioned above. The
tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the
opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any
or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. |
