10. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenders may obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. Noted that the funds of given due to fund distributed but the works should not stop in any excuse or anyhow. Works should be finished in due time.

11. Payment must be depending on when Fund is available.
