Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days  and  must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The Additional terms & condition must be followed which attached with the schedule. Interested tenderers  may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned  and purchase the tender documents in Bank draft/ Treasury Chelan (Code No. 1-3731-0000-2366) from the places mentioned above. The tenderer of their authorized representative are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. If the Contractor’s  quoted rate more than 5% less or above than the official Estimated cost tender must be rejected.  The authority reserves the right to accept any or all tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
