If the bidder quoted his bid/Tender price more than 5% (Five Percent) Less or above than the official estimated cost, then the bid/Tender shall be summarily rejected as per public procurement (2^nd amendment) act,s 2009. 5. Tender will be evaluate as per PPR 2008 and next amendment (2^nd amendment) 2009. 6. LGED Enlisted Contractor will be eligible for this Tender otherwise Tender will be rejected Necessary action shall be taken as per Amendment of Public Procurement Act-52(3) Uma) dated 28 October,2010 & other instructions by the government.
