14			Eligibility of Tenderer		14.1(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5(Five) years. (b) The minimum specific experience as a contractor be at least 1(one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5(five) years. each with a value of at least 50% of the estimated amount Tk. 51.40 Lac. 15.1(a) The required average annual construction turnover (AACT) is Tk. 82.24 Lac. (b) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credi facilities of the tender shall be Tk. 30.00 Lac. (c) All pedding litigation shall in total not represent more than 50% of the tenderer's net worth. (The percentage may be increased to 100%)
