22	Eligibility of Tenderer		i. The Minimum period of general experience in construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific experience as prime contractor or subcontractor of management contractor in construction works of at least one contract of similar nature (construction of multi-storied building), complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed in full or in eighty percent (80%) at the time of tender submission or within the last 5 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 304 (three hundred four) lacs. iii. The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 513 (Five hundred thirteen) lacs over the last five years. Audited Balance sheet for last 3 years to be provided. iv. The minimum amount of free funds (liquid assets) and/or credit facilities net of other Contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be 130 (One hundred thirty) lacs. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
