Invitation for Tenders (Civil Works)

Tender Notice No. 02/2012-13

The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received an ODA loan (BD-P64 dated 24^th March 2010) from JAPAN INTERNATIONAL CO-OPERATION AGENCY (hereinafter referred to as JICA). In the amount of Yen towards the cost of South-Western Bangladesh Rural Development Project and intends to apply “a portion of ” the loan to payments under the contracts for civil works (the “Works”).

Sealed tenders are hereby invited from the eligible tenderers as defined in the tender document for the under mentioned of works as per terms and conditions stated below :

5.	Date, time and place of opening of tender	:	Date: September 25, 2012, Time: 3.00 pm and place: Office of the Executive Engineer, LGED, District: Khulna.

6. Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the Office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash / treasury chalan/Bank Draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening tenders. The authority reserves right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
