Sealed Tenders are hereby invited from the enlisted contractors of LGED under limited tendering method (LTM) of FY : 2012-13 for procurement of the under mentioned works as per terms and conditions stated below;

06. Tender shall be valid a period of 120 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. Interested tenderer may obtain further information from the office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the place mentioned above. The tenderer of their authorized representative are allowed to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever.

07. If the quoted rate more or less than 5% (Five Percent) of the Estimated cost the tender will be directly rejected.
