The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tenderers.The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. If the tender price of a tender exceeds more than 5% (five Percent) less or above than the Official Estimate Cost. Tender will be rejected(Ref.PPR 2^nd amendment-2009).
