No Tender will be accepted more than 5% (Five Percent less or More than the
official Estimated Cost
Figure after decimal of total tender
price will not be considered.
9. Valid Tender License, VAT
Registration Tax identification Number must be submitted.
10.Tender
shall be valid for a period of 120 days after tender opening and must be
accompanied by the tender security specified above .The authority reserves the
right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons
whatsoever. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the
undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash /treasury chalan/bank
draft from the places mentiond above. The tenderer or their authorised
representative are allowed to attend the opening of tenders.
