  1. The Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh has received a loan from the Asian Devlopment Bank (ADB)

       towards the cost of Participatory Small Scale Water Resources Sector Project (PSSWRSP) Part of this loan will be used

       for payments under the contract named above Bidding is open to bidders from ADB member coundries.

 

  1. The Local Government Engineering Department (LGED) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Extension of Pipe Netwark System including Pumps Charipara Sub-Project {SP-23109(ADB)}, Upazila:Gaffargaon, District:Mymensingh.

 

  1. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications may participate in this bidding:

 

  • Average annual Construction turnover not less than Taka.72.50 lakh in the last 3years.
  • Minimum 5(five) years general construction experience.
  • Minimum  specific  experience in similar contract individually of at least one contract of Taka BDT.27.50 lakh.
  • Liquid assets in terms of cash/Line credit at least BDT 18.12 lakh.
  • Equipments like concrete mixture machine, concrete vibrator and plate compactor must have in this possession either owner or leased.
  • The bidder should have ecperienced construction manager.

  • Pay a non-refundable fee in favour of Executive Engineer,LGED,Mymensingh as mentioned above.
  • Deadline for purchasing Bidding Documents On of before 05:00 pm, Dated : 15/10/2012

 

  1. Deliver your bid;
  • to the office of the Executive Engineer,LGED,Mymensingh(Principal).
  • on or before the deadline : 16/10/2012 at time : 01:00pm

The Employer reserves the right to accept of reject any bid and to annual the bidding process and reject all bids at any  time prior to contract award without thereby including any liability to Bidders in case of annulment all bids submited  and specifically, bid securities, shall be promptly returned to the Bidders.
