Eligibility of Tenderer

i. The minimum period of General experience in civil construction works shall be 5 (five) years. ii. The minimum specific Experience as a prime contractor or sub contractor or management contractor in Civil construction works of at least 1 (One). contract of similar nature (Construction/Re-Construction of road), complexity and methods/construction technology succesfully completed with the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least BDT 3.65 Crore (Three point six five Crore) . iii. The Required Annual average annual turnover shall be greater than BDT. 6.00 Crore over the last five years.Audited Balance Sheet for last 5 years[2006-2007,2007-2008,2008-2009,2009-2010,2010-2011] to be provided. iv. The Minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) and/or credit facility net other contractual commitments of the successful tenders shall be BDT. 1.30 Crore. The Certificate showing credit facility should be issued by the Bank within the period from date of publishing IFT to the date of Tender Submission. v. Other qualifications as mentioned in the tender document.
