mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorized representatives are allowed
to attend the opening of tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept
or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever. |

If the quoted rate of any tender becomes more
than 5% above or 5% less than the estimated cost, then, the tender shall be
rejected directly. |
