* Tender shall be valid for a period of 120 days after opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified above. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons whatsoever. Interested tenderer obtain further information from the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash /Treasury Chalan/ Bank Draft from the Place mentioned above. The tender of their authorized representatives are allowed to attend the opening of tender in from of the undersigned. Payment will be done on the basis of availability of fund.

* If the quoted rate more than 5% less or above the official Estimate then the tender will summarily rejected.

* Tender’s Shall be Quoted the tender amount in figure and in word in the tender submission form as attached with the tender document.

· This tender is called on the basis of Public procurement Rules-2008 (PPR-2008) & its Amendments by Limited Tendering Method.(LTM).

· The Lisence of contractor’s should be required the latest enlistment of LGED.
