Corrigendum

This is to inform all concerned that the tender notice number: 06/2012-2013 published vide memo no. LGED/XEN/Cox’s/4-31/2011/2811, dated: 03-10-2012 has the following corrections/modifications.

1. Deadline for submission of Bids is 15 November 2012 instead of 05-11-2012.

2. In the table, a) column 4: Bid Security Amount (Tk.) is deleted. b) in column 5: the cost of bid document is Tk. 12,000.00 instead of 15,000.00.

3. In para 3, a) 1^st bullet, Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be 620.00 (six hundred twenty) lakh instead of 420.00 (four hundred twenty) lakh. b) 3^rd bullet, similar contract individually at least BDT 670.00 (six hundred seventy) lakh instead of Tk. 425.00 (four hundred twenty five) lakh. c) 4^th bullet has been replaced as following:

“Should fulfill the requirement of financial resources as mentioned in the bidding documents.”

4. A new para 4 inserted as “National competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB’s Single-Stage: One Envelop procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible source countries.”

5. Para 4-8 is changed to 5-9.

6. In para 5, 3^rd bullet “Deadline for Purchasing Bidding Documents: 14 November 2012 instead of 04-11-2012.

7. In para 6, 2^nd bullet “on or before the deadline: 15 November 2012 at 12:00 PM instead of 05-11-2012.

8. Para 7 “Bids will be opened on 15 November 2012 at 12:05 PM instead of 05-11-2012.

Other terms and conditions will remain unchanged. This corrigendum will be a part of the tender.
