8. According to the Gazette published on 18/08/2010 of PPR-2008 Rules No.24 class 19(Revised):-

The Tender Price should not be more than 5%(Five percent)or less than 5% (Five percent)of the Official estimated cost. Failling which the tender shall be rejectd.

9.Tender shall be valid for a period 120 days after tender opening and must be accompanied by the tender security specified abvoe. Interested tenderers may obtain further information from the Office of the undersigned and purchase the tender documents in cash/treasury chalan/bank draft from the places mentioned above. The tenderer or their authorised representatives are allowed to attend the opening tenders. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender without assigning reasons whatsover.
