22	Eligibility of Tenderer
	Package : COM/RPM-51			a) Tenders from all eligible countries b) The minimum number of years of general experiens of the Tenderer in construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years. c) The minimum specified experience as prime contractor of sub-contractor of management contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/ construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 15000000.00 d) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 300000 over the last 5 years. FY- 2007-2008, 2008-2009, 2009-2010, 2010-2011, 2011-2012. Ref : TDS-ITT14.1(a), 14.1(b), 154.1(a).
