Eligibility of Tenderer

(a)  Tenders from all eligible countries.

(b)  The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or Management Contractor shall be 3 years.

(c)  The minimum specific experience as Prime Contractor or sub-contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least for Lot No.-1 :  Tk. 15,000,000.00, Lot No.-2 : Tk. 13,000,000.00, Lot No.-3 : Tk. 16,000,000.00, Lot No.-4 : Tk. 15,000,000.00 & Lot No.-5 : Tk. 27,500,000.00

(d)  The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Lot No.-1:  Tk. 30,000,000.00, Lot No-2: Tk. 25,000,000.00, Lot No.-3: Tk. 32,000,000.00, Lot No.-4: Tk. 30,000,000.00 & Lot No-5: Tk. 55,000,000.00 over the last 5 years.
